It works without a memory effect and has protection against overload, overheating and deep discharge. With standard treatment, it will last for many years. Tests have shown that after 300 charging cycles, the battery still reaches approximately 80% of its capacity (average charging frequency is around 30 cycles per year according to user statistics). So you can easily purchase individual tools gradually even over the course of several years.
