The beneficial effect of these oils is due to their action on hormones and the functioning of the human body. Eucalyptus The elongated leaves are a source of strong, eucalyptus oil. The strong aroma is very refreshing. At the same time, it acts as a stimulant, driving away fatigue and stimulating the senses. Eucalyptus aroma can be used as a standalone infusion, or as a refreshing enhancer for essential fragrances. Recommended dosage: Add 3 - 4 pipettes into a bowl with about 100 ml of water stored in the cab. For a refresh add 1 pipette. For Finnish saunas, it is also possible to pour solution directly on the stones. The dosage is then 3 - 5 ml per 1 liter of water (undiluted essence must not be applied to stones).
